I've got an original Cruiser 80/84 Instruction Book which as well as the above oil, also recommends Energol SAE 30 and Essolube 30. So, I'm assuming from that any currently available low detergent, mineral, 30 grade oil is OK. I use Morris's Golden Film SAE 30. Personally I'd steer clear of synthetics, as they could contain detergents which could have an adverse effect on fork seals. But otherwise, I would imagine any modern heritage oil is likely to be as good, if not better than anything available 50 years ago.

Nothing wrong with Belray. It's not easily available here but I know some of the Drag racing and sprint guys swear by it!
